Celiac disease is an inherited, autoimmune disease in which the lining of the small intestine is damaged from eating gluten and other proteins found in wheat, barley, rye, and oats. I take what I do for a living and find recipes that work for my 2 boys with Celiac.
I am a professional chef by trade and I have 2 boys with Celiac disease. I carry the gene and could trigger it at any point. I want to take what I do professionally and use it to create healthy gluten free food for my family and friends to enjoy!
